I typically refrain from prescribing rigid meal plans. Instead, I prefer to collaborate with your current dietary habits and preferences, making subtle adjustments that align with your goals and accommodate any existing medical considerations.


You generally won't need to meticulously count calories or monitor every morsel you eat. I can equip you with techniques that promote a healthy food relationship, ensuring you receive an appropriate balance of essential nutrients for your circumstance. 


The duration required to achieve your goals is dependent upon your individual circumstances. Quick fixes seldom prove sustainable in the long run. It's crucial to approach this journey with a realistic perspective on timeframes and a healthy dose of patience. We will discuss goals, timeframes and expectations in your appointment.


The approach will be tailored to your specific situation. Changing eating behaviours has its challenges and I see my role as not only proving professional advice on nutrition choices, but as a support to help you through inevitable struggles. Most commonly, I work with clients for 3-6 months, depending on their goals.
