Learning about your current lifestyle and discussing what barriers in your life are likely to impact successful eating behaviour change.
Formulating a road map together with initial manageable action steps to get you started.

Review Appointment

30 minutes - $105

Listening to your experience with your initial steps - what worked and didn't work.
Trouble-shooting challenges arising from action steps.
Adding next action steps when ready.
Updating road map as needed.

Rebates

Medicare

Medicare rebates can be claimed for consultations as part of a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan. Please see your GP to discuss eligibility and organise a referral. Current rebate $61.80 as at July 1, 2025.

Private Health

Many private health insurance policies with extra coverage will pay benefits to see an Accredited Practising Dietitian. Private health insurance companies offer different benefits, and depending on your policy, there may be an annual limit. It is best to check with your provider prior to your consultation. HICAPS terminal is available onsite for on the spot claiming at Tarragindi, receipt will be provided at Sirona for self-submitting claim.

DVA

Veteran Gold Card and White Card holders may be eligible to receive dietetic services through referral from your doctor. Please contact me to check if you're eligible and to set up an appointment.
